Hi all,<\/p>\n

Time for a short update. This week we\u2019ll brief you about our trip overseas, the production\/shipping and an exciting new project which will be launched soon!<\/p>\n

Update from overseas<\/strong><\/p>\n

As mentioned in our last update, Our CEO Tim and Product Engineer Jan Paul are on a trip overseas to meet with several technical partners and production facilities. As far as things go, everything goes as planned. We have spoken with key players of our Ockel Sirius A production chain and managed to increase the pressure in terms of deadlines. Some suppliers agreed upon Ockel skipping the line, which will most likely result in shorter leadtimes.<\/p>\n

We also had a meeting with Intel and Microsoft to discuss the Switch Mode as mentioned by some of our backers. Please be aware of the fact that we are still developing this feature and it currently is in a BETA version. However, we are not yet satisfied with the shell, to make this a workable application for BETA-testers. As soon as we have more information regarding the Switch Mode we\u2019ll let you know.<\/p>\n

Production\/Shipping update<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last week we have shipped plenty of Ockel Sirius A Pro models. Some of you have already received their tracking code. Others will receive theirs tomorrow. In the meantime we\u2019re doing all we can to ship another small batch with Ockels later this week. In the next update we\u2019ll let you know more details.<\/p>\n

Something big is in the works..<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are working on something huge. Ockel was launched, powered and inspired by the crowd. Some of you were part of the Ockel backer community since day 1. And this time, you\u2019ll have to chance to become part of Ockel Computers \u2013 yes, that\u2019s correct.. part of the company Ockel Computers.\u00a0We are proud to announce that we are going public soon!<\/strong><\/p>\n
